01. Who operates this website

02. Information you provide

The quote form collects your service interests, US property address and optional unit, name, email, preferred contact method, optional phone number, and project notes. A phone number is required if you choose phone contact. Please keep payment details, passwords, and sensitive documents out of the project notes.

As you type an address, the entered text and a temporary session identifier are sent to Google Places to return suggestions. The selected address is checked for a street number, city, state, ZIP code, and United States country code.

03. How your inquiry is handled

When you submit the form successfully, your inquiry is sent to HubSpot, VOLT’s customer relationship management provider. VOLT uses these details to review your project, respond, and maintain a record of the conversation. An existing contact may receive an additional inquiry record rather than a duplicate contact.

The form asks for permission to respond to your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails or text messages. Submitting a request does not book an appointment or create an installation agreement.

04. Service providers and security

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Its Turnstile service checks submissions for automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP address, browser details, request timing, and security signals. Google provides address suggestions and address details; HubSpot stores submitted inquiries. These providers process information under their applicable service terms and privacy policies.

Requests are protected with HTTPS, bot checks, input validation, and rate limits. Credentials for Google and HubSpot are held on the server. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

05. Optional cookies, analytics, and advertising

Optional tracking stays off until you select Accept optional. This enables Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and CallRail through Google Tag Manager. These providers may receive device and cookie identifiers, IP address, pages viewed, referral and campaign information, page interactions, and call or conversion attribution. They may recognize your browser across other websites for advertising.

Microsoft Clarity provides session replay of page interactions. The quote form area is marked for masking. Our form code does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, or project notes to the analytics data layer. A successful quote event is sent only while optional tracking is accepted. Submitted inquiry details are sent to HubSpot to handle your request.

Sharing browsing identifiers with advertising providers may be considered a sale or sharing under some privacy laws. Select Reject optional to turn off these optional providers and opt this browser out of that advertising activity. Essential hosting, security, address lookup, and quote delivery remain available.

06. Changing your tracking choices

Use Cookie & privacy choices or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer to change your choice at any time. You do not need an account. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and a browser Do Not Track signal set to 1 by keeping optional tracking off, even if you previously accepted it. To accept while such a signal is enabled, first change your browser setting.

Your choice is stored in this browser on this website. Accepted choices expire after 180 days; rejected choices are not automatically reset. Clearing browser storage, using another device, or visiting a different VOLT domain may require a new choice. If storage is blocked, optional tracking stays off on the next page unless you accept again.

Turning off tracking after it has loaded refreshes the page to stop the optional scripts and attempts to remove known optional first-party cookies. Finish an unsent quote before changing that setting. This does not delete information already received by providers or cookies belonging to other domains. Contact VOLT for requests concerning previously collected information.

07. Retention and your choices

Form entries stay in the open page until they are cleared, the page is closed, or a submission succeeds. Successfully submitted inquiries are retained in HubSpot for handling the request and related business records; closing the page does not delete that record. Provider security logs may be retained under the providers’ service arrangements. Retention depends on whether the inquiry is active, an ongoing customer relationship, applicable recordkeeping duties, and the need to resolve disputes. Contact VOLT for the retention period applicable to your record.

Contact contact@volthome.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask about a particular record. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request. Do not send sensitive identity documents in an initial email. You may also ask to opt out of direct marketing or raise a privacy concern by email or phone. The quote form’s contact permission is separate from optional tracking and is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts.

08. Links, children, and updates

Customer login opens portal.volthome.com. Google reviews and LinkedIn links open external services. Their information practices are governed by their own notices. This website does not receive your portal password.

This website is intended for adults planning home improvements and is not directed to children under 16. Contact VOLT if a child has provided information. Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised date.

When the review summary becomes visible, our server requests VOLT’s current rating and review count from Google Maps. We do not send your name, email, address, or browser IP address to Google for this summary, and we do not store the rating or count.
