Volt Home’s “Dream and Drive” Car Giveaway

1. Sponsor and Administrator

This promotion (“Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Solar VOlt, LLC, doing business as Volt Home LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 8222 SW 14th Street, Doral, FL 33126. This promotion is conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes §849.094 and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) regulations governing game promotions.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the State of Florida, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor, its affiliates, contractors, suppliers, advertising, or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on November 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 28, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Customer Keycard Challenge Finale will be held on or about March 15, 2026, at a designated South Florida venue (location to be announced on www.volthome.com).

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Volt Home “Charge and Drive”: (a) Automatic Customer Entries (Purchase-Based) Customers who enter into a fully funded Volt Home contract of $10,000 or more for qualifying home improvement services during the Promotion Period will automatically receive entries as follows: – Base Qualification: $10,000 minimum purchase. – Bonus Entries: Customers will receive fifty (50) additional entries for every $1,000 spent above the $10,000 minimum threshold. Example: A customer purchasing $15,000 in qualifying Volt Home services will receive 250 entries (50 × 5 additional increments). (b) No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry) Individuals may enter the promotion without making a purchase by either: 1. Completing the online entry form available at www.volthome.com (can only enter one time on the website), and/or 2. Mailing a 3×5 card with their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Volt Home Giveaway Entry 8222 SW 14th Street Doral, FL 33126 Each mail-in entry request will count as fifty (50) entries. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no earlier than November 1st, 2025 and no later than February 28th, 2026, and received by March 1st, 2026.

5. Entry Limitations

There is a limit of 2000 total entries per person, regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are prohibited and will be void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

7. Selection of Finalists – “Customer Keycard Challenge”

Following the conclusion of the entry period, Sponsor will randomly select a pool of up to 10 finalists from among all eligible entries (both purchase and non-purchase entries combined). Each selected finalist will be invited to participate in the Volt Home “Customer Keycard Challenge Finale” event. If a finalist cannot attend, an alternate finalist may be selected. If a finalist is not physically able to compete, the finalist may select a family member in their place.

8. The Physical Skill Challenge

At the Finale Event, finalists will compete in a physical skill-based contest consisting of two components: 1. Endurance Round: Finalists must keep one hand on the vehicle (“Hand onto the dream Challenge”) for a period of 12 hours without breaking contact or violating event rules. 2. Keycard Test Round: Each remaining contestant will be assigned a keycard. The individual whose key successfully starts the car will be declared the Grand Prize Winner. The endurance component ensures that finalists are determined by skill, stamina, and adherence to contest rules. The “keycard test” is used solely as the final step in the skill-based event and not as a random drawing. The event will be overseen by independent judges appointed by Sponsor. Their decisions will be final and binding.

9. Prize Description

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) 2025 Tesla Model Y (or comparable vehicle selected by Sponsor) and one (1) EV residential car charger. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $60,000. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, registration, title, and transfer

fees are the responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the fair market value of the prize.

10. Prize Claim and Verification

Potential winner must complete and return all required documentation (Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and IRS Form W-9) within 7 days of notification. Failure to comply will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and provide proof of insurance prior to vehicle delivery.

11. General Conditions

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion in case of force majeure, fraud, or any other circumstance beyond its control. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city of residence in advertising or promotional materials without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

12. Liability Waiver

Participants in the Dream and Drive Finale must sign a Liability Waiver and Publicity Release before competing. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in the event or use of the prize.

13. Compliance with Florida Law

This promotion is conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes §849.094. Because the prize value exceeds $5,000, Sponsor will register the promotion with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), file a copy of these Official Rules and the prize list, establish a surety bond or trust account in the amount equal to the prize value, and file a winners list within 60 days of conclusion.

14. Winners List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Volt Home Winner Request – Dream and Drive Event, 8222 SW 14th Street, Doral, FL 33126. Requests must be received by February 28, 2026.
